I don’t subscribe to the big bang theory, but I do believe that we are very small in the grand scheme of things.
But yet, God loves us so much that He would send His son to die for something so small.

God is love.
1 John 4:8 “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
God has a spirit.
Genesis 1:2 “Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.”
God’s Spirit lives in us.
Ephesians 2:22 “And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.”
We are called to communicate God to others.
Mark 16:15 “He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.” “
The Spirit of God is Love. The Spirit is in us. To do what God has asked of us, we need to start acting. We need to start showing love. We need to start serving each other. We need Christ to come back soon.
Acts 2: 28 “And afterward,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
29 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
Honor time.

What if all we need for things to work is patience?
What if God is waiting on us to just be still so He can tell us in excitement what the next step is?
It may be just that simple.
Psalm 37:4 (Message Bible) says “Keep company with God, get in on the best.”
All you have to do is hang out with God and you’ll get what you need to know to live the best way and have the best plans you could ever have. He is eager to tell us and teach us. Let Him.
It’s just that simple.
Not 50/50.
What does it mean to worship God?
In watching Rob Bell’s “Everything is Spiritual”, I’ve come to realize that I’ve missed it several times.
You’ve heard, “How is your Spiritual Life?”
The Bible never separates the body from the spirit. It’s always together.
Colossians 3:17“And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.”
Every action… every word spoken… is done with our flesh and our spirit. We are fully flesh, we are fully spirit. In essence, we are 200%. Not 50/50.
Worship is not just the time you get together with fellow believers and sing songs, worship is your life.
